Region 10 in TX supports almost 100 districts with WinOcular

Region 10 ESC, TX Revolutionizes Hiring for School Districts Using WinOcular Applicant Tracking and Hiring Automation Technology

Using the WinOcular Hiring Automation and Applicant Tracking system Region 10 will provide a nationally and regionally focused hiring portal for applicants to view postings and apply for jobs in all 80 school districts and charter schools served by the Regional ESC.

We're nearing a new release, so I've been sworn to secrecy about some of the new features. So, I'll hint about some of the new features....

New:  Portal technology provides quick and easy single log-in making all modules (data entry, table maintenance, applicant search, workflow, etc) accessible from one main location.

New:  Portal provides access to all programs and quick-links to Workflow tasks

New:  Job status feature allows HR and Principals to assess qualifications and suitability on a job by job basis.

New:  Change statuses & staff types directly from the 'List screen'

 

Data Entry: Completely Redesigned ! 

The Administrative Data entry program has been expanded and improved.  It allows for additional document management functions such as uploading documents, move, deleting of scanned and attached documents.

 

New:  Added Application Registration, Document, and Job History sections.

New:  Data Entry - Expanded Document and Electronic Records management

New:  Access to an Individuals' info can be limited by the use of filters.

New:  Access to Documents can be limited by the use of filters.
