We are considering adding an option to test Applicants for Highly Qualified status.  While we've got more experience than anyone regarding HQ evaluation of your employees (thanks to our Portfolio software), we're interested in learning your pre-screening process for applicants.

 

A solid understanding of your processes and requirements will enable us to provide an immediately successful tool for you.

 

Could you answer the following questions?

 

1) Do you pre-screen all you applicants for HQ in each of the NCLB content Areas before you release them to Principals?

2) What amount of HQT Screening do you do?

a) Check for State tests/National Board Certifications, or College degrees

b) A full HOUSSE analysis if they weren't HQ using option a)
