PROBLEM ANALYSIS AND SUPPORT. Our staff has maintained consistently
100+ man-years of SQL database, C, C++, Windows 9x, 2000, XP, and
VISTA
experience.

to 7 PM CST Monday through Friday. (Phone,
e-mail and internet included)
- WINOCULAR
APPLICATION FIXES. Whenever our staff corrects a program bug, the
fix will become available by your prescribed means.
- WINOCULAR
APPLICATION ENHANCEMENTS. Our programming staff will add new
features or enhancements to the old ones. These program updates are
offered to our maintenance customers at no additional charge.
- TRAINING FOR TWO TECHNICIANS INCLUDED.
Maintenance customers shall receive training for two technicians, when
pre-registered for a regularly scheduled CCR training class for the
WinOcular software. The training must be completed within the one year
of this agreement
